1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using NurseResume ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
NurseResume is a browser-based tool that converts pasted LinkedIn profile text into a formatted resume. Building, editing, live preview, the ATS readiness check and the plain-text (.txt) export are free. Downloading the formatted PDF requires a one-time payment. All resume processing runs locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the content you enter.
3. Payment & PDF Unlock
The PDF download costs $4.99 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription: there is no trial period, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge of any kind. Payments are processed by PayPal (which also accepts card payments as a guest, without a PayPal account); we never see or store your card details. After payment you are returned to the Service and the PDF download is unlocked on the browser and device you paid from, where it remains available for unlimited re-downloads. Because the unlock is stored locally, clearing your browser data or switching devices can remove it — if that happens, contact us with your payment receipt and we will help you restore access.
4. Refunds
If the PDF export did not work for you, or you are unhappy with the result, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your payment receipt and we will refund you in full. Refunds are issued through PayPal, to the payment method you used. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund right you may have in your jurisdiction.
5. Your Resume Data
The resume you build, and all the personal and career information in it, belongs entirely to you. Because everything happens in your browser, we never take ownership of, access, or store that content. Your draft is saved in your own browser's local storage so you can return to it; deleting your browser data deletes the draft. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your resume before sending it to employers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to use it to produce documents that are fraudulent or that misrepresent another person's identity, nor to attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit security weaknesses in the site.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The parsing of pasted profile text is heuristic and may require manual correction. We do not guarantee that any resume produced by the Service will pass any particular applicant tracking system or lead to interviews or employment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Utilities and NurseResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any document generated through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the PDF unlock.
9. Intellectual Property
The NurseResume name, the 4Utilities brand, and the site design and code are the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant no right to use our branding without permission. The content of your resume remains entirely yours. NurseResume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation; "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its owner and is referenced only descriptively.
10. Third Parties & Advertising
The Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and processes payments through PayPal. 4Utilities is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies and payment processing work here.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Price changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable data-protection and consumer-protection laws, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), Brazil's LGPD, and equivalent regulations elsewhere. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have.
